In this all-levels flexibility workshop, students will learn strategies
and techniques for safe flexibility training. We will focus on
progressions toward splits, developing healthy shoulder mobility,
and practicing a well-rounded stretching routine.
*materials: please have on hand 2 yoga blocks, a foam roller and/or peanut, and a strap or resistance band.
