Janelle Peters Workshop - Contortion Transitions and Sequencing

Move beyond shapes and stretches to explore smooth transitions
and challenge yourself with contortion sequencing. We will play with
height and timing changes to add intrigue and fun to your
contortion work. You will walk away from the workshop with a
small sequence to practice.
Prerequisites: Lower down to bridge OR stand up from bridge, flat
splits (at least one side), 1-minute hollow body hold, 1-minute
reverse hollow body hold, 10 pushups.
*materials: please have on hand 2 yoga blocks, a foam roller and/or peanut, and a strap or resistance band.
